Diana McDonough

Diana is a seasoned litigator.  She began her career with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in 1984.  After leaving that office in 1989 she spent 18 years litigating fraud, arson and large loss insurance defense cases with a boutique firm, Speyer & Perlberg, LLC, of Manhattan and Melville, Long Island.  Since 2007 she has been a partner with McDonough & McDonough, LLP.

Diana specializes in researching and drafting ethics opinions and legal memoranda for the firm.  She also serves as the firm’s business manager.  Diana spends her off time practicing yoga, traveling and scuba diving. She is also a past president and current Board Member of the Massapequa Kiwanis Club.
